Christmas

What a fatal fall it was

The fall of man , alas!

Paradise of bliss he lost

Peace and joy him left.

Life darkened by sin

Started groanings within.

Thorns and thistles everywhere

Remedy found nowhere.

In the ground hard he worked

Shedding tears he walked.

What a fatal fall it was

The fall of man , alas!

The Father couldn't wait

His beloved son was sent.

The thorns of sin He wore

The pangs of sin He bore.

The cross ignominious

Was the altar for His sacrifice!

The human race redeemed

Can enjoy its fruits great

Each one believing in Him

Accepting one's Lord and saviour!

The day of His birth

To restore this earth

Is the day of christmas

Oh,the day glorious!

ഹവ്വയുടെ കരച്ചില്‍

ഹവ്വകരയുന്നിടനെഞ്ചുപൊട്ടി താന്‍മൂലം വന്ന നാശമോര്‍ത്ത് !
ഭര്‍ത്താവിനെക്കൂടാതെ ചുറ്റി നടന്നതും, വഞ്ചകസര്‍പ്പത്തെ കണ്ടു ഭാഷിച്ചതും,
അവന്റെയുപദേശം ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചുകേട്ടതും , വിലക്കപ്പെട്ട കനിപറിച്ചു ഭക്ഷിച്ചതും,
ഭര്‍ത്താവിന്നതു കൊണ്ടുപോയ്ക്കൊടുത്തതും ,ഭര്‍ത്താവതു ഭക്ഷിച്ചു പാപിയായ് പ്പോയതും,
ദൈവത്തെ ഭയന്നൊളിപ്പാന്‍ ശ്രമിച്ചതും, ഘോരമാം ശിക്ഷവന്നുഭവിച്ചതും,
പറുദീസ നഷ്ടമായ്പ്പോയതും ,ഭൂമിയിലെങ്ങുമലയേണ്ടിവന്നതും ,
തന്‍മക്കള്‍ക്കീ ഗതി വന്നുഭവിച്ചതും, ഓര്‍ത്തോര്‍ത്തവള്‍ തേങ്ങിക്കരയുന്നു !
സ്വര്‍ഗ്ഗത്തില്‍ നിന്നൊരു സ്നേഹസ്വാന്തനം ,കുളിര്‍കാറ്റുപോലവളെ തഴുകുന്നിടക്കിടെ:
" കരയേണ്ട മക്കളേ, നിങ്ങളെ രക്ഷിക്കാന്‍ അയക്കും ഞാനൊരു വീണ്ടെടുപ്പുകാരനെ !"

വഞ്ചകസര്‍പ്പം പറയുന്നകേട്ട് വഞ്ചിതരായെങ്ങുമലയും മനുഷ്യരേ,
വാഗ്ദത്തരക്ഷകന്‍ ഭൂമിയില്‍ വന്നതും, മനുഷ്യര്‍ക്കായ് പാപപരിഹാരമായതും,
'പാപികളേ വരൂ ',യെന്നുവിളിപ്പതും, സ്നേഹത്തിന്‍ കരം നീട്ടിത്തരുന്നതും,
സുവിശേഷക്കുളിര്‍വീശിത്തരുന്നതും ,അറിഞ്ഞില്ലയോ നിങ്ങളിതുവരെ?
പാപങ്ങളേറ്റുപറഞ്ഞും കരഞ്ഞും, പാപത്തിന്‍ മാര്‍ഗ്ഗം വിട്ടുകളഞ്ഞും,
ഹൃദയത്തില്‍ രക്ഷകനെ സ്വീകരിച്ചും , പറുദീസാനുഭവം വീണ്ടെടുത്തും,
നടക്കുവിന്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ യേശുവിന്‍ പാതയില്‍ മടിക്കാതെ!

മിഥ്യതയ്ക്കപ്പുറം

എല്ലാത്തിനും മുമ്പുണ്ടായതോ ശൂന്യത
ശൂന്യതയുണ്ടായാല്‍ ഭ്രമിക്കേണ്ട മിത്രമേ
എല്ലാമുളവാക്കാന്‍ കഴിവുള്ളോരീശ്വരന്‍
വിളിച്ചാല്‍ കേള്‍ക്കുമരികത്തുണ്ടോര്‍ക്ക നീ!
താനേ തിരിയുന്നതെന്തിനീ ഭൂഗോളം
അത് സൂര്യനെ ചുറ്റുന്നതുമെന്തിനെന്നോര്‍ക്ക നീ
.എല്ലാത്തിനും പിന്നിലുള്ള താമുദ്ദേശ്യം
നല്ലപോല്‍ ചിന്തിച്ചറിയുക മിത്രമേ .
ഇന്ദ്രിയങ്ങള്‍ക്കപ്പുറം ദൃശ്യതകള്‍ക്കപ്പുറം
മിഥ്യയാം കാഴ്ചകള്‍ ക്കപ്പുറത്തപ്പുറം
സത്യമാം നിത്യമാം സ്വര്‍ഗീയ കാഴ്ചകള്‍
കാണുവാന്‍ ആത്മാവിന്‍ കണ്ണ് തുറക്കണം.
.കണ്ണ് തുറക്കുവാന്‍ വന്നതാമീശ്വരന്‍
സത്യവെളിച്ചമാം ക്രിസ്തു മഹേശ്വരന്‍.
വിളിക്ക നീ മിത്രമേ ഉച്ചത്തിലുച്ചത്തില്‍
നാഥാ കനിയണെ എന്‍ കണ്ണ് തുറക്കണേ !
കാരുണ്യവാന്‍ നിന്‍ വിളി കേട്ട് മറുപടി
കാഴ്ചയാല്‍ നല്‍കും നിശ്ച്ചയം മിത്രമേ !
.ആത്മാവിന്‍ കണ്ണ് തുറന്നു നീ നോക്കുമ്പോള്‍
കാണും നീ ദൈവത്തെ നിന്നിലും എന്നിലും !
എത്ര മനോഹരം ആനന്ദ ദായകം
സ്വര്‍ഗ്ഗസ്ഥ താതന്റെ മക്കളായി ത്തീരുമ്പോള്‍ !
ഭൌതികയപ്പത്തിന്നപ്പുറം ജീവന്റെ -
യപ്പം ഭുജിച്ചുള്ള ക്രിസ്തീയജീവിതം !
